The entry deadline was extended to Friday the 25th of September
Judging, insofar as possible, will be remote. Two judges will judge each application and the final score will be the average of the two marks. In the case that the average score is the same, a 3rd independent judge will review the top 3 entries.
All entries must be submitted online via our Web Portal
Written/posted entries will not be accepted.
Is there a charge to enter the awards? No they are completely free to enter!!
You can enter as many categories your entry applies to.

Applications
- Submission:
- Entries must be submitted online via https://pharmacyexcellenceawards.ie and https://pharmacyexcellence.secure-platform.com/a/
- Include a title for your submission, which will be used in the event brochure and related material.
- If entering multiple categories, submit supporting material for each
There are 2 types of submissions you can choose from

- Applying for this award on behalf of yourself or a team/organisation that you professionally represent.

- Nominating a third party or team for this award. Important : Any third-party nominees must have been notified and have consented to nomination and the use of their data you have shared with us for the purpose of the entry and adjudication process. All details of this application may be supplied to the third party as part of our verification process which is required for gdpr compliance.
- Category Viability:
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel any category deemed non-viable without notice.
- Attendance:
- By entering, you agree to attend or send a representative to the award ceremony if shortlisted in October 2024.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for event tickets require a minimum of 7 days’ notice before November 30, 2024.
- Eligibilty:
- Open to licensed pharmacies, pharmacists, and pharmacy teams in the Republic of Ireland.
Judging
- Process:
- Judging takes place in October 2024.
- An online blind peer judging process is used, with a minimum of two judges per application. The final score is the average of the marks.
- Finality:
- The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence regarding the results.
Attendance
- Finalists:
- Finalists will be given priority for attending the event. Other tickets will be offered after contacting all finalists.
Cancellation
- Policy:
- Refunds are at the Organizers’ discretion.
- Refunds on tickets require a minimum of 7 days’ notice before November 30th , 2024.

- Rights:
- By submitting, you warrant you have the right to submit the Communication, it is original, and does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
- Submissions must consist entirely of material owned by you.
